• Images and media Files (User selection only) : When you use the image-to-PDF function, we will access the photos or images you actively select, which will only be used for local conversion processing.

2.Permission Description

To ensure the normal operation of core functions, this application may request the following permissions during use. All permissions are enabled only after the user's explicit authorization and are invoked only when the relevant functions are triggered:

-MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Manage all file permissions)

It is used to scan documents (PDF, Word, Excel, PPT, etc.) in the device, display a complete list of files, and support operations such as import, classification, renaming, deletion and collection.

-FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE (Foreground service permission)

When handling large or complex PDF files, keep background tasks running continuously (such as generating thumbnails, rendering previews) to avoid system interruptions and ensure smooth operation.

• Access permission to media files (read images)

When using the "Image to PDF" function, access the image files actively selected by the user for conversion to PDF format.

Collected information

When obtaining user authorization and using related functions, we may collect and process the following information locally (only on the device end, not uploaded or shared to the server) :

• Document and file information: File name, file type (such as PDF, Word, Excel), file size, creation time and modification time, file storage path.
• Image information (only when using the "Image to PDF" function) : The file name, size, format (JPG, PNG, etc.), and file storage path of the image manually selected by the user.

Special Note

All data processing is completed on the local device and will not be uploaded, stored or shared to any external server.

We will not enable any permissions without authorization.

If the user refuses to authorize, they will receive a secondary reminder and be informed that some functions may be restricted.
